I offer Independent Medical Exams for Veterans applying for mental health disability claims. This may include an IME/IMO report, a DBQ, or a nexus letter, depending on your needs.
The exam process involves a free 10 minute initial consultation via phone or email to determine your needs, a records review for $175 that includes up to one hour of my time reviewing any records that you wish to supply in support of your claim, and an Independent Medical Exam for an additional $450 that includes a 50 minute teletherapy interview and the IME report or DBQ or nexus letter as needed.
The entire process can take around 3 weeks, with about a week to schedule the initial consult, a week from receipt of your records for me to review the records you supply, and a week from the IME exam for me to complete the report.
I am able to provide exams to residents of Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Mariana Islands, Delaware, DC, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, and Wisconsin
Please note that I may decide after the initial consult or after the records review that there is insufficient evidence for me to proceed with the exam, or that your presenting issues are outside of my expertise. I cannot guarantee that I will support any particular diagnosis, nexus, or level of disability.
The next step is for you to send me an email for us to set up an initial 10 minute consult.
